Every engagement we run starts with baseline numbers and gets reported against them — so this page works the same way. No vague “300% growth” claims without context, no borrowed logos. Just documented starting points, the work we did, and what the data shows. We’re starting with the most transparent case study we can offer: our own website, in public.
Case Study #1: This Website (Live)
The experiment: we built smartwebadvisors.com using every AEO and GEO technique we sell — direct-answer page structure, full schema markup, AI-crawler access, llms.txt, performance-tuned hosting — and we’re documenting what happens, in public, on this page. If these methods work, you’ll see it in the numbers below. If something doesn’t move, we’ll say so and explain what we changed.
The Baseline (recorded at launch, June 2026)

How We Measure Client Work
Client case studies appear here as engagements mature and clients approve sharing — with the same format you see above: documented baseline, the work performed, and the numbers after. What we track depends on the goal: rankings and organic traffic for SEO, featured answers and AI citations for AEO and GEO, map pack position and calls for local work, and cost per lead for lead generation. If a number can’t be shown with its context, it doesn’t go on this page.
